Deploy into existing sites without rewiring, alterations or interrupting operations
When a customer enquires but does not buy, Lindos OS combines enquiries recorded by the badge with stock and order data to prompt stock transfers and follow-up. It also shares useful explanations from successful sales conversations with the team.

Before & after
Store staff serve many customers each day. They need to record what customers asked and why a sale did not happen, then managers compile the information. Stock, order and payment data are held separately and must be matched with enquiries one by one. Requests for out-of-stock items and customers needing follow-up may only become visible in a month-end review.
Audio-recording badges capture customer enquiries and turn them into summaries, viewed alongside stock, order and payment data. For frequently requested items that are not converting to sales, the system recommends stock transfers for the store manager to approve. When stock arrives, it reminds staff to contact customers who asked about it. Key explanations from conversations that led to sales are shared with the team, and weekly enquiry summaries provide data for customer research.
Customers asked for model A in white 7 times today. It is out of stock here, with no sales of this variant.
Store 2 has stock.
Suggested action:Transfer 6 units from store 2 for arrival tomorrow morning. On arrival, remind staff to follow up with 5 customers. Share key explanations from successful sales conversations with the team.

Typical use cases
Store service improvementRetailRecord customer needs and commitments, then remind staff to follow up before they are due.
Store staff serve many customers and make commitments to some, such as providing an answer or calling back later. These commitments need timely follow-up. Common enquiries also need regular review to inform stocking and service improvements.
Lindos OS extracts customer needs and commitments from service records. Before a commitment is due, it reminds the staff on duty to follow up. If they cannot, the store manager can reassign it. Common customer enquiries are summarised each month.
- Keep a record of commitmentsRecord customer questions, staff commitments and due dates.
- Remind staff before the deadlineRemind staff on duty before a commitment is due. If they cannot follow up, the store manager can reassign it.
- Summarise common enquiries each monthUse the findings to improve stocking and service.

Common questions
Does the site need alterations?
No. Deploy into your existing site without rewiring, alterations or interrupting operations. Attach, wear or position the sensors and plug in the receivers. Quantities and locations are agreed after a site survey.
How small can we start?
Start with one store or customer service branch for one month. Review the results before deciding whether to expand.
How are results measured?
Before starting, both parties agree on measures such as store conversion rate, sales lost to stock shortages, on-time follow-up rate and repeat customer enquiries. Record the baseline, then compare results using the same definitions.
Are customers and staff informed?
The store informs customers before recording audio. Staff are told what will be recorded and how it will be used before the system is introduced. Records support follow-up and service improvement, not performance appraisal or financial penalties.
How do you follow up with customers who leave no contact details?
Follow-up is limited to customers and members with contact details. For other enquiries, use the records to arrange timely stock transfers and replenishment so products are available when customers return. Share common questions and key explanations from successful sales conversations with the team.
Do we need to connect existing systems?
Connect existing systems as needed, such as inventory, order management and point of sale. Agree the integration scope before the project starts.
Who provides operational support?
Lindos delivers the sensors, Lindos OS, system integrations and operational support. Lindos provides remote support; on-site support is agreed for each project.
